This video case involves a 56-year-old female patient who was preoperatively diagnosed with an 8mm pure ground-glass nodule in the right upper lobe of the lung. After a year of regular follow-up, the nodule showed no reduction, and the patient refused surgical treatment. Intraoperatively, CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation was performed, taking only 15 minutes. Postoperatively, the patient's vital signs were stable, and recovery was good. A follow-up CT one month after the procedure showed the nodule in the ablation area was completely covered, indicating effective treatment.
