From May 15 to 17, 2026, the World Ablative Therapies Association (WATA) will host its inaugural academic conference in Beijing, China. It is not only a pioneering grand event in the global ablation field, but also an academic feast that gathers industry wisdom and guides the future development direction of ablation.

WATA 2026 will feature a comprehensive scientific program covering the latest advances in ablative technologies—from basic science and engineering breakthroughs to clinical applications and multidisciplinary integration. The conference will include keynote lectures, expert panel discussions, hands-on workshops, oral and poster presentations, and ample opportunities for networking. It will serve as a premier platform for leading international experts to exchange ideas, present cutting-edge research, and shape the future of minimally invasive therapeutic strategies.

We cordially invite you to submit your academic abstracts by March 15, 2026. These abstracts will be included in the selection process for oral presentations or poster displays. Outstanding abstracts that stand out in the evaluation will be eligible for the selection of relevant programs, including the Young Researcher Award and travel grants.
